Open Outlook Express.

Click on Tools, then on Accounts.

Under Mail, select Add then select Mail.

For Display name, enter the name you wish to appear on the emails you send to others.  Click Next.

Enter your email address for E-Mail address. Your email address looks something like username@iland.net (i.e. support@iland.net).

Enter mail.iland.net for Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server and mail.iland.net for Outgoing mail (SMPT) server.  Click Next.

For POP account name, enter your username. Your username is the first part of your email address. For example, if your email address was support@iland.net, then you would enter support here.  Enter your password in the Password field.  Click Next.

For the Friendly Name, (Internet mail account name) should be mail.iland.net.  Click Next.

Choose Connection Type, select Connect using my phone line and then select Next.

Congratulations, click Finish to Close.
